This document was prepared to determine if portions of West Amwell qualify as an "Area in Need of Redevelopment" and/or an "Area in Need of Rehabilitation." It is a report detailing the suitability of the parcels - it is not a plan for development. This report provides the justification for the use of enhanced planning tools beneficial to our community in the long term. It contains minor errors that have been noted and are to be corrected by the author.
