Environmental Commission

The Environmental Commission of West Amwell, established by the Township Committee in 1972, duly accepts its mission to research environmental matters on behalf of the municipal government and its citizens. The Environmental Commission is a resource of education and protection of West Amwell's natural resources. In so doing, the Environmental Commission seeks to promote regional and long-range environmental planning and to collaborate with neighboring commissions and state agencies actively engaged in environmental protection.
