Master Plan Review

The Planning Board will be undertaking a review and update of the Master Plan in 2023.
Master plans must be reexamined every ten years in accordance with the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
While ours was reexamined on a cursory basis in 2021 to accommodate the legalization of cannabis, a more thorough review is in order.
Throughout this process discussions of changes to the various elements will be held at the Planning Board meetings. Public input is encouraged and welcomed.
There are no changes to lot sizes in the various zones under consideration.
As the Planning Board moves through the process, all required public hearings will be noticed in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
