Members present: Chairwomen Susan Molnar, Linda Wilson, Nancy Palladino, Joan Van der Veen, Ruth Hall

No meeting minutes were recorded at the January 26, 2002 COAH meeting, the time was spent revising the ECHO Ordinance.

Nancy reported that the ECHO Ordinance was approved at the February 20, 2002 Township Committee Meeting. The Ordinance will be introduced at the March 3, 2002 Township Committee Meeting.

Nancy reported that in order for the township to receive ECHO COAH credits for each ECHO unit, the Township must be the owner of record and rent it to low/moderate income. This committee suggests skipping COAH credits.

Kate Butler suggested some changes be made to the spending plan, but at this time we are unsure of the changes. Betty Jane will read the email from Kate and make the appropriate changes. This committee also suggested a couple of changes be made. Specifically to item #3 letter c and d. It is suggested that they be removed from the plan.

The next meeting date is March 28, 2002.
