AN ORDINANCE
ACCEPTING A DEED CONVEYING ROADWAY EASEMENTS
FOR VARIOUS
STREETS IN MOUNT AIRY ESTATES
WHEREAS, Orleans Corporation was the
developer of Mount Airy Estates, lying adjacent to Mount Airy Village Road,
within the Township of West Amwell; and
WHEREAS, Orleans Corporation was
required to provide various roadways to West Amwell Township pursuant to
Planning Board approvals for subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, Orleans Corporation has
presented a Deed of Roadway Dedication over parts of Block 11,
WHEREAS, the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the
Township Committee of the
Section One: The
Section Two: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
Section Three: If any section, paragraph, subdivision,
clause, or provision of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid, such
adjudication shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or
provision and the remainder of this ordinance shall be deemed valid and
effective.
Section Four: This ordinance shall become effective upon
final passage and publication according to law.
