IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 TO 10:4-21), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE WEST AMWELL TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE WILL MEET IN SPECIAL SESSION WITH THE PLANNING BOARD AND CROSS ACCEPTANCE COMMITTEE ON TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2006 AT 6:30 P.M. FOR A JOINT DISCUSSION ON THE SOURLAND SPECIAL RESOURCE AREA AND INITIAL PLAN ENDORSEMENT WITH MEMBERS OF THE OFFICE OF SMART GROWTH.

2.         Statement of Open Public Meetings Act - The Open Public Meetings Act has been complied with by special notice having been faxed to the Lambertville Beacon, Hunterdon County Democrat and Trenton Times and posted on the Township bulletin board on July 14, 2006.  The Municipal Building is handicapped accessible but the Office should be contacted 24 hours in advance for any special accommodations.

 

3.         Possible Presentation and Discussion on the Sourland Special Resource Area (SRA)

 

4.         Initial Plan Endorsement Discussion with Members of the Office of Smart Growth (OSG)
